Please give us an opportunity to quote your part or project. To request a tooling and part price quote, please provide a complete part print, and include raw material designation, tolerance requirements, and quantities. Paper prints may be mailed or faxed. CAD files may be sent on 3.5 diskette or transmitted electronically.

Data Transmission:

If you wish to transmit part CAD files electronically, please follow these parameters:

to send files as e-mail attachments, please zip the file and limit size to about five megabytes maximum. Use the address: rick@adairplastics.com.
to send files via our ftp site, use the address ftp.adairplastics.com with your favorite ftp client software or,

Please send IGES files, and please include surfaces as well as wire-frame. At present, we work with solids files in Solidworks. If you have a Pro-E file and cannot convert to IGES, we can convert it. If you have other formats, or questions on transmission, please call or e-mail us and we will try to find a way to work with you.

To access our FTP site, please call for an access code. After uploading one or more files, please call or E-mail us so that we know to look for them. If you later transmit another version of the same part, please be sure to clearly identify revision level in the file so that we can distinguish which is which. Thank you.
